Yes!

Please look at the MPC5554 register ETPU_REDCR (Ref Manual 17.3.2.2.4). Note that this register allows your to designate an eTPU time base as a client or server on the STAC bus. If you put one eTPU into Angle mode and designate its TCR2 as a STAC bus server, and the other eTPU's TCR2 as a STAC bus client, the single angle clock can drive both eTPUs.
